Canceling an appointment

Can’t make it to your appointment? No problem! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling 020 369 0986.

Please note: make sure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For appointments canceled too late, we will charge a fee. Cancellations can also be sent via email to [email protected].

Why do we charge cancellation fees?

We charge fees for late cancellations because the reserved time can no longer be offered to another patient. This results in unnecessary costs and affects our ability to plan care efficiently. To keep our services affordable for all patients, it is important that appointments are canceled in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

What are the cancellation fees?

If you do not cancel your appointment on time, you will receive an invoice. These costs cannot be claimed from your health insurance provider. The fee charged depends on the time reserved for the treatment. The following rules apply:

No-show fee for Botox treatment: €100

No-show fee for filler treatment: €200

No-show fee for other treatments: 50% of the treatment rate (see price list)

No-show fee for consultations: €50

No fees will be charged for a check-up appointment

If you cancel your appointment on time, no fees will be charged. Additionally, no fees will apply in case of unforeseen circumstances (this will be determined by your practitioner).
