Canceling an appointment

Unable to attend your appointment? No problem!

If you are unable to attend your appointment or would like to reschedule, we kindly ask you to contact us by email only at [email protected]. This helps us process your request accurately and avoid any misunderstandings.

Please note:

For appointments scheduled for one hour or less, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance by email.
For appointments scheduled for more than one hour, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance by email.

Cancellations received after these notice periods may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Why do we charge cancellation fees?

We charge fees for late cancellations because the reserved time can no longer be offered to another patient. This results in unnecessary costs and affects our ability to plan care efficiently. To keep our services affordable for all patients, it is important that appointments are canceled in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

What are the cancellation fees?

If you do not cancel your appointment on time, you will receive an invoice. These costs cannot be claimed from your health insurance provider. The fee charged depends on the time reserved for the treatment. The following rules apply:

No-show fee for Botox treatment: €100

No-show fee for filler treatment: €200

No-show fee for other treatments: 50% of the treatment rate (see price list)

No-show fee for consultations: €50

No fees will be charged for a check-up appointment

If you cancel your appointment on time, no fees will be charged. Additionally, no fees will apply in case of unforeseen circumstances (this will be determined by your practitioner).
